Intellectual Property

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables as specified in the project brief. All rights, title, and interest in the final deliverables are transferred to you, except for any pre-existing materials or third-party assets.

• Our Rights: We retain the right to display and use your project (excluding confidential information) in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets (fonts, images, etc.) used in your project may be subject to their own licensing terms.

Payments and Refunds

• Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the project brief or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is required before work begins.

• Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our Site.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of services.

Cancellation and Termination

• Cancellation by Client: You may cancel a project at any time, subject to our Refund Policy. Cancellation must be made in writing.

• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or other reasonable cause.

Confidentiality

• Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

• Exceptions: Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.
